For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also participate in CareCredit® as a payment option plan. All co-pays for treatment rendered is required at the time of service. If you have questions regarding this matter, please contact us prior to your appointment to avoid any misunderstandings.

Most insurance companies respond within four weeks. We understand that there is often delay in payment due to additional information required by the insurance companies, such as x-rays or a narrative note of the procedure. As a courtesy to the patient, a statement of outstanding balance is only sent once final payment or denial has been received from your insurance company. At Lakeview Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, we will work with every patient to implement a feasible payment plan acceptable to both parties. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is the patient’s responsibility.
